Important Information: Please read

  • When you buy a ticket to watch The Jungle Book video on demand, you will receive a code (via email and upon completion of booking) which gives you access to watch the show on one device only. 
  • Depending on which type of ticket you select, you will have access to the video for a rental period of either 3 or 7 days. Your rental period will begin once you press play on the video for the first time. If you press play to test the video and then do not watch it for a week, your access will time-out and you will no longer be able to watch the show. 
  • You can watch, pause and restart the video as many times as you want to during your rental period. 
  • The Jungle Book will be available to watch from Thursday 16 December. You must begin watching no later than Friday 31 December to activate your access to the video.


Waiver
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, if you encounter a technical problem, let us know and we'll do everything we can to help. The email you receive after purchase is your ticket (check your junk mail if you can't find it) and contains the link and passcode to watch the video. Before the video goes live you will see a countdown clock, this is counting down to when the video will be available. Remember - all times shown are GMT.
